Earlier this week I posted my Recipe Calculator that will easily calculate the cost of any type of recipe. I included this Conversion Sheet but I feel it deserves it’s own post as not to get lost.
I taped this Conversion Sheet on the inside of my spice cabinet and refer to it often. The “Equivalents” portion is used while cooking and the “Fraction to Decimal” is helpful when filling out the Recipe Calculator.
