The List section of our notebook includes our Gift Ideas, Babysitter Information, Babysitter Notes with CPR, and Auto Log.  Today we’ll work on the Babysitter portion.

My favorite sitters are those that have been referred and can drive on their own! Use this Babysitter Information template to easily keep track of each person’s information.

Laminate the Babysitter Notes sheet to reuse each time you go out on a date:

Finally, include a copy of CPR instructions in your notebook.  Put them on the counter when you leave so it is easily accessible.  Infant CPR and CPR in 3 simple steps.
